Step oneStep one
Cut off the rake handle with a saw, leaving a 50mm section of wood on the rake head.

Apply one coat of Resene Quick Dry to the section of wooden handle and allow two hours to dry.
Step sixStep six
Apply one coat of Resene Melting Moment to the wine holder and allow 16 hours to dry. Apply a second coat of Resene Melting Moment and allow to dry. Wash brush in Resene Thinner No 10.
Step eightStep seven
Drill a 4mm pilot hole in the end of wooden section.
Step nineStep eight
Screw in a 12mm chrome screw eye, as shown, and fix a chrome square hook into the wall for hanging.

Other ideas: For a rich red-wine look, paint the wine holder with Resene Shiraz.
