Note to quote
Everyone has been stung by having to pay bills that are higher than expected. This has led to consumers regularly requesting quotes for jobs before you start the work so that they know in advance how much the complete job is likely to cost.
By providing quotes to customers, you'll avoid arguments at the end of the job about paying, because you will know exactly what was promised. Quotes are the perfect way to keep track of the job, and make sure the customer knows what they are getting, and you know what you are getting paid.
Resene have developed a Painter's Quote Form to make providing quotes to your clients easy
Download the painter quote form document (PC, Word File) to your computer and type in the appropriate project details. Save the complete quote form and print out a hard copy. Alternatively, attach the completed file to an email and email it direct to your client.
Books of 50 quote forms are also available free to all trade painters from Resene representatives. Please contact your local Resene representative if you would like a Resene painter's quote book.
