The sponged plaster over Hardibacker substrate exterior is finished in a brush and roller applied system of Resene Limelock to seal in free lime that may be present in the plaster and avoid the risk of lime staining, followed by Resene X-200 weathertight membrane and Resene AquaShield mineral effect tinted to the popular Resene Bison Hide (green beige) for a dead flat finish designed to minimise dirt buildup.

For residents, the location is both a convenient hop, skip and jump to eateries, design houses and fashion shopping options and a sanctuary to escape the city when the day is done. With exterior painting off the to do list for some time to come, The George is a great place to call home.
