Community groups - apply for free paint

Resene PaintWise aims to return good condition paint back to the community for use by non-profit community groups.

We can supply 100% recycled paint to cover graffiti on areas such as fences and concrete walls. This comes in 10L pails and is available in off white, cream, grey, green and brown. We currently supply this free of charge to a range of community groups to cover graffiti all over New Zealand. If you are interested in this, please complete the form below and ensure you include which colour/s you would like and the quantity of each. We normally supply 50-250L per order but can usually supply more if needed.

We also often have variously coloured pots of paint available. Community groups wishing to access this potluck coloured paint must be willing to take a mix of sheen levels and colours. All paint supplied will be marked and labelled, however due to time restraints we cannot sort sheen level or colour. Please note, we don't supply paint for use on an individual's home. If you are interested in this, please complete the form below and include details about your project, including the size, so we can determine if this paint is suitable.

As the paint returns we receive back are very variable we cannot supply paint to all those that apply. All notifications of paint being available will be made by email so please ensure you include a valid email address.

If you are requiring specific colours for your community project being painted by volunteers or are planning to paint a mural we recommend you apply for a community projects discount using the Resene Sponsorship request form or enter the Resene Mural Masterpieces competition. Specific colours/products are not available through Resene PaintWise. If you are applying for community paint or sponsorship and are in a Resene reseller area – i.e. your local stockist is not a Resene owned ColorShop - please contact your local Resene reseller directly.

Please ensure any area you are planning to paint you have permission to paint before applying for any paint.
