Instructions:
Learn how to make a coat rack out of twigs.

Step 1 Step one
Cut the timber into 2 x 400mm and 2 x 200mm lengths. Join the pieces together using the wood glue and the corner clamp. Allow to dry. Fill any gaps with filler. Once dry, sand well. Undercoat with Resene Quick Dry Primer and apply two top coats with your chosen test pot – I used Lazy River.
Step 2 Step two
Cut the branches into manageable lengths. Play with the layout adding plain lengths between the Y–shaped ones. Shorten the hook ends as required. Cut all to 200mm.
Step 3 Step three
Insert the cut lengths carefully and glue into position. I used some timber underneath the frame to keep the wood aligned with the front edge while the glue dried. Sand off excess glue.
Step 4 Step four
For additional support glue, two triangular corner brackets to the back 4 top of the frame. Attach hanging device either here or on the frame edge.
