“The rolling hills of New Zealand’s landscapes have inspired many artists behind me to create wonderful works of art that capture their beauty within the medium of paint.

On my journey growing as an artist, I am learning how to communicate what is special to me through my chosen medium of cloth. Resene Rolling Hills inspires me to celebrate nature by creating something that encapsulates our breathtaking landscapes and honours the artists that have harnessed their magic.

The leg of the pant is hemmed at the floor to reference how we ground ourselves and connect to the earth, drawing strength and inspiration from it. This energy then flows up into our body, calms our mind and sends tingles down our spine. Her our own personality mixes with this energy from nature to create something magical.

Then as an artist we direct this pure energy, down, along our arms into our hands where we communicate this feeling back to the world through our creations for all to enjoy.
