"I wanted to play on the word resolution and when I looked at my fabric it shows spring growth on the main and the detail panel shoed autumn leaves beginning to fall – 'Environmental Resolution'. I wanted my design to be grounded and strong like a tree but I wanted to keep it playful yet sophisticated. I chose a high-waisted trouser with a full leg to elongate the leg and move well to show the shot in my fabric."
