Green tone - Commercial building

When 19 Lambie Drive, Manukau needed a repaint, Resene was called in to assist. Without the benefit of striking architectural features to accent, the property manager was keen to select a modern colour palette in an easy to maintain exterior finish to minimise their maintenance requirements while also creating a more inviting exterior.

Resene Sonyx 101 waterborne semi-gloss was selected for the exterior wall areas - a sheen level that is sympathetic to older less than perfect substrates while still providing an easily cleaned surface. To fit with the environment and the existing aluminium joinery a selection of modern green toned neutrals were selected, with walls finished in Resene Triple Ash (warm grey), soffits in Resene Half Joanna (fresh neutral) and columns in Resene Half Linen (ash green).

The fresh new paintwork has given the building an appearance that will endure.
