This residential project is on a corner site in central Auckland which the Turkmani Group has developed with three new freestanding homes.
Each of these properties is comprised of five double bedrooms and four bathrooms, including ensuites, with an open plan lounge, dining, family lounge, double internal access garaging and exclusive parking.
Inspiration for this development was the thoughtful materiality of dark and light combinations that create a look of distinction. Colour plays a vital role in shaping the stature of these homes and the use of the Resene Waterborne Woodsman in Resene Shadow Match lends a sense of timeless elegance to the properties and creates a prestigious signature for the Turkmani Group.
Each of the houses has stonework of multiple greys, small amounts of warm tones fencing the properties and black detailing. This is combined with a Resene custom made Turkmani Cream painted on timber weatherboards and paintable brick using Resene Lumbersider low sheen waterborne enamel.
Turkmani Cream is part of a small palette of neutrals created for the Turkmani Group to use in their projects. The aim was to have a slight degree of warmth in the colour undertones. Turkmani Cream is a complex warm neutral that has now been used in over 13 of their residential developments. Another custom colour, Turkmani White, is used for the Interiors teamed with Resene White on ceilings throughout.
