This spacious home offers generous living spaces and great indoor-outdoor flow – the exteriors and interiors are finished in crisp Resene colours.

A show home always reflects the best of everything to inspire potential clients – this is true of all features, from the open-plan layouts to the high-spec wall surfaces.

This show home by Landmark Homes – the Karapiro – is a case in point. Besides stand-out curb appeal, the house has flowing interiors, a separate lounge, a designer kitchen and a sheltered outdoor room.

The cladding is finished in Resene Half Masala, a sedate grey well-suited to the traditional weatherboard look. To complement this tone, the soffits, eaves and fascias are all in the contrasting Resene Triple Alabaster – Resene Alabaster is a near white with a light blackened edge.

The Karapiro's interiors are as refined as they are spacious and again the choice of colours plays a part in their ambience. Here, Landmark went for subtle tones that accentuate the airy feel of the rooms and also provide a neutral backdrop that will work well with a variety of client tastes.

The main walls are in Resene Double White Pointer throughout – a warmed up neutral tending towards beige. The doors, door frames, architraves and skirtings are also in Resene Alabaster, while the ceilings are in Resene Double Alabaster.
