The two-storey home offers a dramatic street presence with distinctive two-tone cladding in Resene Alabaster, a crisp white, matched with Resene Element, a warm, earthy stone. The soffits and eaves of the home are also in Resene Alabaster.

For the exterior joinery, fascia and garage door, Colorsteel FlaxPod was used. This is directly matched to Resene Element.

Resene Alabaster also features on the majority of the interior walls, the generous kitchen, living and dining space included. However, there's a living area accent wall in Resene Bokara Grey and the kitchen scullery boasts the same deep charcoal.

Resene Snapshot – another modern grey – was used in the media room, master suite walk-in wardrobe, second bathroom and also in the powder room.
