How to make your own cane mat artworks for your walls

• Cane mats
• Resene testpots in your choice of colours; Nikki used Resene Havoc, Resene Rapture, Resene Ruby Tuesday and Resene Glorious

Instructions

1. Wipe down the can mats to ensure they are clean and leave to dry.
2. Paint each cane mat in your Resene colour. For a tone on tone look use a handful of colours in the same colour group. Nikki used Resene Havoc, Resene Rapture, Resene Ruby Tuesday and Resene Glorious.

Top tip: Try using cane sun hats in place of can mats for a bit of summer fun that you can enjoy year–round.
