top tip  If you’re planning to use your cap holder outdoors, use Resene Waterborne Woodsman wood stain or the Resene Woodsman Wash range instead of Resene Colorwood, to help give your cap holder extra protection against the weather.

Screw it!

Give small items a home with this clever screw-top jar shelf, which is ideal for herbs, screws or crafty bits and bobs. Simply glue jar lids to the underside of a swing-style shelf (or any shelf for that matter) for a practical and efficient storage system. We finished ours in Resene Colorwood Whitewash and Resene Aquaclear clear varnish.
