Make your own rainbow-inspired pen holder

• Toilet paper rolls
• Paint brush
• Pencil
• Ruler
• Super glue
• Resene testpots in your choice of colours; Nikki used Resene Riptide, Resene Wild Thing, Resene Smitten, Resene Deep Koamaru, Resene Hi Jinx and Resene Sea World

Instructions

1. Paint each toilet roll using the Resene testpots and leave to dry.
2. Using the ruler and pencil, draw a straight line from top to bottom on each toilet roll.
3. Work out how you would like to stack the rolls and start super gluing together.
4. Once dry, it's ready to use! Encourage the kids to keep all their pens, markers, coloured pencils, etc. neatly in the stack.

Top tip:  For extra bling use a Resene FX Metallic testpot.
