Bold Moves

Helen Sheppard wanted guests visiting her powder room to feel as though they'd stepped into another world. And her choice of swirly-patterned wallpaper paired with a dark blue ceiling does just that. The dramatic room, painted with Resene Tangaroa to complement the Resene wallpaper*, is a trip for guests, especially after a few wines.

Helen says, "I wanted to create a room that would provoke a reaction – good or bad – and I certainly achieved that."
