The White House

Living close to the beach Kathy wanted their home to have a beachy feel. She chose Resene Half Bianca; this looks stunning. Kathy loves blues and greens so had a really tough decision on doors and shutters. Thanks to help from a friend, Resene Opal was chosen for the shutters and Resene Shadowy Blue for the front door. Resene Traffic has been painted onto the patio.

With its fresh coats of paint, they have re-nicknamed the home to The White House as opposed to The Ginger Bread House!

Kathy enjoyed the process of choosing, going to the showroom, taking colour swatches, looking at all the interior facebook pages and reading all the habitat mags was the most exciting part. She comments “at the time you just want it all to happen quickly and be finished with but I wish I had slowed down and enjoyed the process leading up to the actual paint start.”

Kathy loves coming home to a freshly painted home... everyone comments on how gorgeous and fresh it looks. Next on the list is the garden to complete the look.
