Building a new home, meant a blank canvas for the paint, curtains and carpets.  Working with Resene staff, they married the interior colours together with samples of carpet, tiles, curtains, kitchen cabinetry and splashback. It was a great experience and they enjoyed every moment. The carpet chosen was charcoal with a slight blue fleck through it.  They chose pewter cabinets in the kitchen,  silver, charcoal and grey tones in drapery, stainless steel appliances and grey marble effect floor tiles.  The higher ceilings combined with the interior materials make for a lovely contemporary home with lots of big windows to let the natural light in.

Resene Half Surrender is used on all interior walls.  It has several different effects depending on the light, some rooms can look white, some a light grey and some tend towards blue tinged, which complement the Resene Black White also used inside. The Resene Fuscous Grey that was used on all interior doors and the exterior Linea, pops out nicely against the Resene Half Surrender. The red furniture complements the colour scheme well.  To complete the look there are three metallic feature walls - one in the master bedroom, one in the third bedroom and the last in the kitchen behind the hob and glass splashback  in colours of Resene Blast Grey 2, Resene Blast Grey 3 and Resene Atom.
