Either upcycle some old coasters or grab some inexpensive ones (ours were from Kmart for $4 a set).
Using a Resene testpot, paint the coaster ( 2 coats) and leave to dry – we used a testpot in Resene Frozen.
Draw your design on in light pencil then paint or paint your design direct freehand in Resene Alabaster onto the coaster. Leave to dry before use.
This is such a super quick and easy project.
Take a large canvas and paint the base colour (ours was in Resene Bali Hai). We used a large brush and didn’t take the paint all the way to the edge of the canvas leaving a white border. Using the art design as a guide either draw the design onto the canvas and paint over it or freehand paint the design. Leave to dry and hang.
