It’s easy to transform a plain wooden stool into a glossy retro feature using Resene Super Gloss enamel.
Fun with furniture with Mark Rayner - Project 56
Difficulty level: Modrate
You will need: Clean cloths, mineral turps, paintbrushes, paint stirrers, Resene Interior Paintwork Cleaner, Resene Paint Pot, Resene Super Gloss enamel tinted to Resene Avocado, Resene Wood Primer, sandpaper, wooden stool.
To get the look: Mark painted the background wall with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Coconut Cream.
Other ideas: For a bright yellow effect paint the stool with Resene Fizz. You can use Resene Enamacryl if you prefer a waterborne finish.
