Background to mural creation:
After the cyclone and flooding, the school and community was damaged. The mural was painted to brighten up the front of our school, display our school houses and highlight the local environment. The design ideas were chosen by the kids and painted by the senior classroom teacher. It is for the school, the parents and the community.
