Mural Masterpieces - Deow

Deow. Deow also used the mural as a tuition day for a local school – Aurora College, where 6 year 12 students came and helped to paint the SOUTH part of the mural.

Background to mural creation:
At the hub there is a community garden where a number of kowhai trees were planted a few years ago. They are now flourishing and the tuis are coming to feed on the bright kowhai. This mural adds some colour and life into the community.
