Turn a simple wooden frame and a piece of patterned wallpaper into an instant artwork with a little bit of help from Resene.
Resene art with Mark Rayner - Project 64
Difficulty level: Easy
You will need: Clean cloth, craft knife, paintbrush, piece of patterned wallpaper, PVA glue, Resene Lustacryl to match wallpaper (we used Resene Panorama), Resene Quick Dry, sandpaper, wooden picture frame with MDF backing board.
To get the look: Mark painted the background wall with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Silver Chalice.
Other ideas: Use this same technique to make art for a child’s bedroom using brightly patterned wallpaper and a vibrant colour from the Resene KidzColour range.
