Create this cute sock monkey wall hanging from an MDF placemat and a few Resene testpots.
Sock it to ‘em - instruction sheet
Resene kids art with Mark Rayner - Project 54
Difficulty level: Moderate
You will need: A picture of a ‘sock monkey’ (ours came from a calendar, but you could also use a colour photocopy from a library book), Glue stick, MDF placemat (our flower shaped one came from ‘Spotlight’), Paintbrushes (including an artists’ brush), Resene Multishield+ gloss (now Resene Concrete Clear), Resene Quick Dry waterborne primer undercoat, Resene testpots of Resene Blackberry and Resene Sassy, Scissors
Top tip: Don’t worry if you’re not able to get an MDF placemat - a flower shape cut out of heavy cardboard will do just as well.
