Feature wall panels

Use a combination of complementary Resene colours to create this simple modern wall feature.

Resene art with Mark Rayner - Project 33

Difficulty level: Easy

You will need: 300mm x 900mm stretched canvas artist’s panels (x3), masking tape, paintbrush, paint roller and tray, Resene Multishield+ (now Resene Concrete Clear) flat, Resene Multishield+ (now Resene Concrete Clear) gloss, Resene SpaceCote Flat waterborne enamel tinted to Resene Midnight Express, Resene Testpots in the following colours: Resene Pizazz, Resene Trinidad and Resene Yellow Sea, tape measure.

To get the look: Mark positioned the panels approximately 40mm apart and hung each one from two panel pins.

Other ideas: Try lightly stippling Resene Multishield+ (now Resene Concrete Clear) flat and Resene Multishield+ (now Resene Concrete Clear) gloss onto a single coloured panel to create a subtle reflective surface.
