Metallic crackle effect vase

Combine Resene Crackle Effect with Resene Metallic paint to create this modern silver vase.

Resene art with Mark Rayner - Project 28

Difficulty level: Easy

You will need: Large glass vase, paintbrushes (including artists’ brushes), Resene Crackle Effect, Resene Enamacryl Metallic (now Resene FX Metallic) tinted to Resene So Cool, Resene testpots of Resene Alabaster (x2) and Resene Nero, Resene Waterborne Smooth Surface Sealer, sandpaper, small paint roller and tray.

To get the look: Mark painted the background wall with Resene SpaceCote Flat tinted to Resene Nebula and skirting board with Resene Enamacryl tinted to Resene Orchid White.
