Epsom Village

Coating a building in Resene X-200 weathertight membrane is akin to putting on a raincoat.

Epsom Village

Epsom Village in Ranfurly Road, Auckland has recently been treated to a full exterior repaint using Resene X-200 weathertight membrane on precast concrete. Designed to impart weathertight properties, Resene X-200 is the ideal coating to protect against even the worst rainy Auckland days.

To complete the upgraded exterior, steel handrails were coated in Resene Uracryl 403, for maximum durability in the highly handled situation.
