On to a winner

Inspiration for the exterior cladding of a Siota Crescent, Kohimarama home in Auckland came from a worldwide network of contacts to ensure that just the right system was specified. After extensive research, the final selection of a cavity based plaster cladding system – the most recent innovation for exterior plaster finishes – was made. This advance planning and diligence has been amply rewarded with this residence scooping the coveted Auckland Master Builder 2003 House of the Year 'Supreme Award'.

The cladding comprises a Rockcote LiteRock Solid Plaster System over a frame of 35mm H3 treated timber battens finished in HardiBacker. The ultimate in upmarket appearance was achieved using a finish coat of Rockcote Classico Swirl integrally tinted to Resene Shark (grey).

Amalgamating the well appointed home with its envious views out over the Hauraki Gulf, the complete living environment is one of luxury and indulgence that would fulfil many a homeowner's daydreams.
