Art gallery altering city skyline

Rising bold coloured painted panels, floating between glass, create a vertical statement to the existing building. The vertical panels, constructed from concrete blocks, have been painted with three coats of Resene X-200 weathertight membrane.

Strong colours on the panels have been achieved using an additional two coats of Resene Lumbersider.
