DIY project from NZ Gardener magazine

In this easy peasy winter project, Jacob Leaf builds a cinder block wood stand.

How to build a firewood storage stand

You will need

Paint colours:

Cost: $50.00, excluding all the Resene paints.

Instructions

 

Step 1 Step one
Cut the timber into 4 X 1200mm pieces. Then sand off any rough edges.


Step 2 Step two
Prime and paint the timber and the cinder blocks.


Step 3 Step three
Insert the 4 pieces of timber into the cinder block hollows and rest them at an angle to form a V-shape.


Step 4 Step four
Stack with wood.
