“My Resene colour is Just Dance. Its sweet lustre comes with a simple aesthetic, nude, charming innocence with a touch of romance. It can also be perceived as weakness, so I wanted to give Just Dance an edge, an attitude and channelled inspiration using a ‘badass muse’ to spark ideas.
With the help of fashion forecasts for fall 2019, I was able to design a look to compliment my Resene colour with attitude, to get away from the stereotype of being pretty and soft.
This look is for a trendsetter who likes to break the rules and stand out.”
