“The inspiration for this design comes from the name Anahera which means angel.

In my story Anahera is a developing fashion designer struggling creatively to find inspiration as a designer.  Her angel sends her a vision of angelic ballerina dancing gracefully in front of four of the greatest fashion cities in the world.

These fashion capitals gave me ideas for my mood board.  I took my inspiration for my design by researching the fashion styles of these four cities and incorporating these into my designs.

Ballerinas are elegant with free flowing movement of their garments and steps, expressing a number of emotions through the art of dance.

The colour palette is also the inspiration for the designs.  The colour creates a balance between people’s physical and spiritual energies and is also associated with creativity and mystery.”
