Rachel and her partner purchased a new property on a rear section off developer's plans.

Given PC sums for the paint, they decided to use the Resene range to finish their home.

With the free flowing modern design and the silver star aluminium joinery they chose Resene Don Juan for the exterior house colour.

Being the last house on the shared driveway, they installed three foot staggered screens with multiple benefits of preserving the car parking area, adding visual impact and providing privacy for the much used outdoor entertaining area. The screens were constructed by Rachel's partner from textured marine ply and painted by Rachel in Resene Gondola with Resene Enamacryl Metallic Blast Grey 3 surrounds. The textured ply enhances the colour in the screens making the screens a very attractive feature no matter which side they are viewed from.
