The Kelly-Blundell family purchased their home, when their eldest was one year old and a second was on the way. They unfortunately did not have a big renovation budget but the house was in need of some help. Tracy is a big believer that a little paint goes a long way so before baby number two arrived every room and every door in the house, including tiles and ugly laminate, were painted.
The house's base colour is Resene Milk White, used in the kitchen, hallways and bathrooms and then the whites vary from room to room with the additionl of accent colours throughout to keep it lively. The bathroom and kitchen are still in need of a renovation update but the colour makeover has made them tolerable for the time being while the debate continues over whether the new kitchen or the new boat will come first!
Colour palette used:
Resene Milk White - kitchen, hallway, bathrooms, laundry and entry stripes.
Resene Vista White - guest bedroom.
Resene Black White - toddler's room and master bedroom.
Resene Disco - toddler bedroom stripes and wardrobe.
Resene Shocking - toddler bedroom stripes.
Resene Shiraz - toddler bedroom stripes.
Resene Westar - nursery.
Resene Fuscous Grey - entry stripes, kitchen tiles and interior front door
Resene Rakaia - entry stripes.
Resene Burgundy - exterior of all doors
And all trim and interior doors are Resene white.

Thanks to the Kelly-Blundell family of Otago.
