Jono's bright spot
With a baby on the way, Andrea Didsbury decided to decorate a new room for 20 month old toddler Jono. She started by painting three walls with Resene Quarter Pearl Lusta and decided to bring in some colour with Resene Astronaut. She also used this colour to paint the single and double bedheads in the room to bring the look together.

They had a blind, large floor cushions and a single duvet made in a pale blue fabric with a multi-coloured stripe. These colours were matched into paint colours of Resene Koromiko, Resene Polo Blue, Resene Cream Can and Resene Pizazz, which were used to paint the drawers. A local craftsperson made Jono's name in wooden letters and she incorporated the same colour palette.

Resene Magnetic Magic was applied to the wardrobe doors, perfect for sticking up magnetic photo frames. Resene Crackle Effect was used on the mirror frame with Resene Astronaut as the topcoat. The extensive painting work was complemented by accessorising with wall stickers, pictures, a star lamp and a lovely toy box.
