The ocean-inspired background is painted in stripes of Resene Dreamer, Resene Splat and Resene Sports Star, slightly blending the edges of the stripes as you go. Sketch out the roads using a pencil and ruler, then paint them in Resene All Black with Resene Alabaster road markings. The roads are then edged in Resene Top Secret.
