Branz appraised, the new Rockcote Resene Monotek System is applied by registered Rockcote Plasterers throughout New Zealand to ensure quality finishing. The cladding is topcoated with the client's choice of Rockcote or Resene exterior texture finishes, giving a wide range of finish effects to suit all projects from traditional to modern.

One of the first projects to be completed with the latest exterior plaster cladding solution from Resene and Rockcote are the architecturally designed Riverstone Apartments located in the Palmerston North suburb of Hokowhitu. Registered Rockcote Plasterer, Steve Harley of Central Plastering applied the Rockcote Resene Monotek System to the Riverstone Apartments finishing it with a Resene Resitex Medium textured finish for a practical, durable and aesthically pleasing exterior.
