Community groups - apply for free paint
Resene PaintWise aims to return good condition paint back to the community for use by non-profit community groups. Paints are waterborne and available in a variety of colours. If your community group is interested in receiving free paint please register below. Community groups wishing to access the free paint must be willing to take a mix of sheen levels and colours. All paint supplied will be marked and labelled, however due to time restraints we cannot sort sheen level or colour. Please note, we don't supply paint for use on an individual's home.

All notifications of paint being available for pickup will be made by email so please ensure you include a valid email address. As paint becomes available for community use, Resene will contact relevant groups who have registered to offer them the available paint.  As the paint returns we receive back are very variable we cannot supply paint to all those that apply.

In addition to the product referred to above, we also have large amounts of grey paint suitable for covering graffiti, available in volumes of 10L or more. We currently supply this free of charge to a range of community groups to cover graffiti all over New Zealand. If you are interested in this, please let us know at update@resene.co.nz.

If you are requiring specific colours for your community project being painted by volunteers or are planning to paint a mural we recommend you apply for a community projects discount using the Resene Sponsorship request form. Specific colours are not generally available through Resene PaintWise. If you are applying for community paint or sponsorship and are in a Resene franchisee or reseller area please contact your local Resene franchisee or reseller directly.
