From the Resene News – issue Winter 1999 No phantoms here - TSB showplace TSB Showplace includes a 400-seat theatre, a concert chamber that doubles as a conference centre, additional toilets and bars, and expanded foyers. The link between the old and new has been achieved by the use of exterior primary colours and a glazed lift in the middle of the frontage. Interior access-ways have been sealed in Resene Sureseal and topcoated in Zylone Sheen while Broadwall Acrylic Sealer Undercoat followed by Lumbersider have been used in other public areas.
